Beef Brisket

Juicy, flavorful and tender beef brisket

  • (3-5 lbs) Beef Brisket
  • (2 Tbsp) Salt
  • (1 Tbsp) Garlic Powder
  • (1 Tbsp) Black Pepper
  • (1 Tbsp) Brown Sugar
  • (1 Tbsp) Onion Powder
  • Beef Stock



JSK Beef Brisket (2-5lbs)

2 Tbsp Salt

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Black Pepper

1 Tbsp Onion Powder

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Beef stock


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Combine all dry ingredients, season brisket on both sides with dry rub

3. Place in roasting pan and roast uncovered for 1 hour

4. Take brisket out of oven, add enough beef stock to yield about 1/2 inch of liquid in roasting pan

5. Lower oven temp to 300 degrees

6. Cover tightly with foil

7. Continue cooking for 3 hours or until fork tender
